Welcome aboard! This looks like a fine idea. I think you can do some playing around with questions as you start to do some research (some of these are asking for simple answers).Certainly it's something that has been much in the news. A few other things that occur to me: controversy about the tie to vaccinations; question of why rates have seem to skyrocket lately (ore autism or better diagnosis?); also I'm curious about the use of ribbons like this and when that started (was it for breast cancer or something else?) and why htis impulse to display one's charitable concerns. Have you seen the Temple Grandin movie with Claire Danes (I haven't but was planning to--it's on HBO On Demand...) Hav you heard of Temple Grandin? she's got a great book, I've heard, that you might want to look up.
